IOP Program
EHN Health USA offers an Intensive Outpatient Program designed for individuals who need structured support for substance abuse and mental health disorders without stepping away from daily life.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment in Washington
Our program balances evidence-based therapy, medical care, and real-world recovery strategies, ensuring clients receive high-quality mental health treatment in Seattle and across Washington through secure telehealth services. Our Seattle IOP program is ideal for those experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use disorders, or co-occurring mental health conditions. Many individuals in our program seek a higher level of care than traditional outpatient therapy provides, but without the need for full residential treatment.
A Science-Driven Approach to IOP
We go beyond talk therapy by integrating medical and psychiatric oversight, small group dynamics, and personalized interventions that promote long-term recovery.
Personalized Care Plans
Treatment is tailored to each client’s needs, incorporating CBT, DBT, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed approaches. Clients work collaboratively with their care team to set individualized goals for recovery.
Medical & Psychiatric Integration
Our in-house physicians assess and address medical concerns that impact mental health and addiction, such as sleep disorders, hormone imbalances, and nutritional deficiencies.
Flexible & Small Group Therapy
We offer flexible scheduling for those balancing work, school, and family obligations. We cap group sizes to ensure meaningful engagement, deeper therapeutic discussions, and strong peer connections.
Virtual IOP Programs
HIPPA Secure online addiction treatment and virtual IOP mental health programs allow individuals to receive structured, expert-led therapy from home, eliminating transportation barriers.
Family & Aftercare Support
Recovery doesn’t stop after treatment. We offer structured aftercare, including continued therapy and relapse prevention planning, to sustain long-term progress.
Specialty Programming
We offer specialty programming for trauma survivors, professionals in recovery, and young adults, led by clinicians with advanced training in addiction, trauma, and behavioral health.
