Who We Treat
We provide specialized treatment for individuals facing substance use disorders and mental health conditions who require the structure and support of an intensive outpatient program (IOP).
Who is a Good Fit for Our Programs?
Whether someone is stepping down from residential care or needs a higher level of support than standard outpatient therapy, our programs are designed to meet individuals where they are. Our Seattle mental health treatment and substance abuse treatment centers are designed for those who:
- Are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or bipolar disorder
- Need support for drug or alcohol addiction
- Are experiencing co-occurring substance use and mental health conditions
- Require a structured yet flexible model that fits with work, school, or family life
- Would benefit from telehealth IOP programs that provide expert-led care remotely
accessible treatment
We are committed to making treatment accessible to those who need it most. Our Washington IOP program removes many traditional barriers to care, such as:
Lack of local treatment options – Telehealth allows individuals in rural areas to receive high-quality care.
Transportation or mobility concerns – Our virtual model eliminates the need for in-person visits.
Family or work obligations – Flexible scheduling helps individuals remain engaged in daily life while receiving intensive treatment.
Who May Require a Different Level of Care?
While our virtual IOP programs provide effective treatment for many, some individuals may need a higher level of care. If a person is experiencing any of the following, we will work with them to find appropriate referrals:
- Active psychosis or severe psychiatric instability
- Severe substance withdrawal that requires medical detox
- Severe eating disorders that need inpatient or residential support
- Acute suicidality or self-harm risk that requires immediate stabilization
